(SUNDAY)Mark attended the University of Massachusetts where he studied trumpet under Dr. Walter Chestnut. Mr. Benedict was a featured soloist in the Springfield Young People’s Symphony at the age of 17. He played second trumpet in the UMass Jazz Workshop and the Tampa Bay Symphony. Mark teaches trumpet and low brass instruments.

(FRIDAY)Jairo graduated from NOVA with an Associate in both Science and Applied Arts in Music. He currently plays with Mt. Vernon Community and Swing Band, City of Fairfax Band and the NOVA Saxophone Quartet. Jairo teaches beginning violin, piano, guitar, trumpet, clarinet and saxophone.

(TUESDAY) (FRIDAY)Laura received a Masters of Arts with a Teaching Degree, Music Education concentration from Montclair State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Kenyon College where she graduated Magna cum Laude. Laura teaches Voice and Drama in Alexandria City Public Schools presently. Laura has taught Music, Piano, Voice and French Horn throughout New Jersey and Virginia since 2002.
